As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel at any time.

In most cases, no. Some countries may apply import duties or local taxes, which are set by your country's customs authority. If that applies to your order, we will guide you through it clearly.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item, as long as it is:

• unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition
• with all original tags attached
• returned in its original packaging

Every product page has a size guide in inches and centimetres. If the fit still isn't right, we'll gladly exchange it for another size within 30 days.

We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as unannounced returns can't be processed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

We prepare orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed, but you can still return it after delivery under our return policy.

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or not what you ordered, email us right away with photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
